We’re looking for a hands-on Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator to support our Marketing team across organic social, paid media creative, and community engagement.
This is an execution-focused role for someone early in their career who loves creating content, understands social platforms instinctively, and wants to grow within a premium beauty brand. You’ll support day-to-day content creation, publishing, and performance tracking, working closely with the broader marketing and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Execution
• Support the execution of platform-specific content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
• Assist in managing the social content calendar, ensuring content is published accurately and on time.
• Schedule and post content using Meta and native platform tools.
• Monitor engagement, comments, and DMs, escalating where needed.
• Lead and/or support UGC and dark post content to boost reach and paid performance.
• Pull basic insights and performance metrics to support reporting and optimisation.
Content Creation & Visual Storytelling
• Create and edit native social content, with a strong focus on short-form video (Reels, TikToks, Stories).
• Support the creation of static and video assets for both organic and paid social.
• Capture behind-the-scenes and real-time content at shoots, events, and activations.
• Adapt campaign and brand assets into platform-relevant formats.
• Ensure all content aligns with our company’s tone, values, and luxury aesthetic.
• Apply basic UX/UI principles, graphic design skills, and visual storytelling to social content.
• Use Figma, Canva, and/or Adobe Creative Suite to design and edit social-first assets.
Community, Influencer Support & Product Support
• Assist with influencer seeding and collaborations, including content tracking and reposting.
• Support social competitions, giveaways, and community activations.
• Engage with the community by responding to comments and messages in line with brand guidelines.
• Help amplify PR moments and influencer content across social channels.
• Support user trials and product testing, including:
o Coordinating product distribution to trial participants
o Collecting feedback, testimonials, and UGC
o Organising results into summaries for marketing and product teams
• Assist with product and trend research, including competitor scanning, ingredient storytelling, and insight gathering to support campaigns and launches.
Learning, Performance & Growth
• Track post-level performance and engagement trends.
• Learn how organic content supports paid media, conversion, and revenue growth.
• Test content formats and platform trends under guidance from the team.
• Contribute creative ideas, social insights, and consumer learnings to campaign planning.
Essential Requirements
1–2 years’ hands-on experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing (internships and freelance included).
• A creative and detail-oriented digital designer with a strong foundation in graphic design, basic UX/UI principles, and visual storytelling.
• Proficient in Figma, Canva, and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Comfortable filming and editing short-form content on mobile.
• A hands-on executor who enjoys creating rather than delegating.
• Strong visual eye and attention to detail.
• Organised, reliable, and eager to learn.
• Interest in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
Ideal Candidate
