Lead Generation Specialist – Cape Town

We are hiring!

Don’t Waste is looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our Sales team. This role is ideal for a young, energetic graduate who enjoys working independently, being out on the road, and building the foundation of a strong sales pipeline.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and map buildings within assigned geographic areas
• Conduct on-site surveys of commercial, retail, hospitality, and distribution premises
• Collect accurate data on buildings, tenants, and operations
• Take clear site photographs according to survey guidelines
• Complete and submit daily survey reports and photo files
• Track follow-ups and prepare data for the Sales team
• Meet daily targets while working independently in the field

 

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid driver’s licence
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Basic proficiency with mapping or route-planning tools

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field
• No prior experience required – ideal for graduates

 

Working Conditions:

• This is not an office-based role
• A company vehicle is collected daily and returned in the afternoon
• The role requires spending most of the day on the road
• Minimum daily targets apply
