CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Dive into the heart of client-facing action, where your smile and efficiency make all the difference.
  • Greet every visitor with infectious energy, build instant rapport, and guide them smoothly to their boardroom with their favourite refreshments ready
  • Master the phones and client management system – confirm meetings, update records, and finalise daily schedules a day ahead to keep planners on track
  • Keep the reception spotless: tidy the area, whisk away coffee cups, nail those open and close procedures, and step in for hospitality duties when needed
  • Handle outgoing paperwork, client gifts, and correspondence with precision, plus sort out or escalate any requests from management or planners bang on time
  • Whip up the day’s client list for the front desk by 8am, confirm event attendances, and represent at client or supplier functions as needed

GENERAL ADMIN & SUPPORT

  • Stay ahead of the curve with smart admin that supports the whole team.
  • Build solid relationships with service providers and clients, always following the smooth operational flow
  • Jump into training new starters per the plan, soak up your own development sessions, and hit those individual and team targets
  • Prep self-assessments and PDP goals ahead of appraisals to keep growing in this trusted role

REQUIREMENTS
