Job Details

A business designing, building, and implementing world-class, innovative ICT solutions is looking for a vibrant and presentable, customer service orientated Receptionist to deliver an efficient and professional front desk service and to assist with general office support.  

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES, NOT LIMITED TO: 

  • Manage switchboard and Reception  
  • Relay messages timeously and concisely  
  • Welcome visitors and staff in a friendly and professional manner  
  • Manage access control to the main entrance 
  • Accept company deliveries 
  • Managing stationary stock, orders, and distribution to staff 
  • Manage bookings for all meeting rooms in the company 
  • Arranging refreshments for meetings and visitors 
  • Accurate record keeping for daily attendance and Health and Safety registers 
  • Directing all staff queries to HR, or relevant departments for assistance 
  • Filing of invoices, delivery notes 
  • Laminating, photocopying, and shredding for the company 
  • Updating notice board with announcements 
  • Assisting with social committee events and ad hoc tasks 
  • Assisting with restocking the vending machine 
  • Provide general administrative support to HR department

REQUIREMENTS  

  • Grade 12 
  • Must have 2-3 years’ experience as a frontline receptionist and an administrative supporting role  
  • Must be proficient in MS Office
