Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Connectivity, Support & Warranty Renewals Manager to join our Cape Town office. This is a full-time, in-office role responsible for managing and executing all aspects of warranty renewal operations for connectivity-enabled products.

The primary focus of this position is to drive revenue through timely and accurate contract and warranty renewals, while ensuring customers receive exceptional service throughout the product lifecycle. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, operations, and product teams to deliver a seamless customer renewal experience.

This role requires someone who can operate independently while collaborating closely with a global team, particularly with U.S.-based distribution and sales teams. The position also includes the opportunity to travel to the U.S. office to meet your direct manager and engage with the broader team.

Key Responsibilities
Warranty Renewals Operations

  • Own the end-to-end warranty renewal lifecycle for connected products.
  • Maintain accurate records of warranty timelines, renewal dates, and customer contracts in Salesforce, ensuring alignment with the contracts database.
  • Implement renewal reminders, customer outreach strategies, and structured follow-up processes to maximise early and on-time renewals.
  • Work closely with distribution partners to actively track renewals and follow up until purchase orders are received.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on renewal forecasting and tracking.
  • Monitor renewal performance metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.
  • Prepare standard and consolidated renewal quotes as required.

Customer & Internal Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex or high-impact connectivity and warranty renewal issues.
  • Partner closely with customer success, sales, and account management teams to ensure alignment and transparent communication.
  • Coordinate with product and engineering teams to share customer feedback and insights that support product improvements and feature development.

Key Competencies & Required Skills

  • Sales and Marketing degree or diploma required.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in sales and/or marketing.
