The Role
We are seeking a driven Account Executive to manage and expand our network of system integration partners. While our LED Specialist focuses purely on complex video walls, you will be the primary commercial point of contact driving our broader Pro-AV, Unified Communications (UC), and Interactive Flat Panel (IFP) portfolio. You will act as a trusted advisor to your SIs, helping them win corporate, government, and education tenders.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel Growth: Hunt for new integration partners while farming existing accounts to increase our share of wallet.
- Solution Selling: Help partners spec comprehensive AV solutions utilizing our brand ecosystem (e.g., ITC, Huawei, Horion, HikVision, QS-Tech, Yealink etc).
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an immaculate, live pipeline in our CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting for the Sales Manager.
- Project Coordination: Seamlessly transition closed deals to our internal project management and installation teams.
- Deal Registration: Protect your partners’ margins by strictly managing deal registrations and navigating complex channel conflicts ethically.
Requirements (Dealbreakers)
- 3+ Years of B2B Pro-AV / IT Channel Sales: Proven experience selling through the reseller/integrator channel. (Direct-to-consumer/retail experience will not be considered).
- Ecosystem Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Unified Communications, Pro Audio, and commercial display hardware.
- Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of VAD mechanics, OEM pricing structures, and partner enablement.
