The Role
We are looking for a highly organized, fast-paced Internal Sales Representative to act as the commercial engine room for our sales floor. You will be the crucial link between our external Account Executives, our integration partners, and our supply chain. If you thrive on generating rapid, accurate technical quotes and managing CRM workflows (including SAP), this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Quote & BOM Generation: Rapidly turn around accurate pricing and Bills of Materials for our integration partners based on AE requests.
- Sales Operations Support: Process purchase orders, verify OEM pricing and ETA, and ensure all deals align with our strict payment terms.
- Inbound Channel Queries: Act as the first line of response for existing partners calling in for stock availability, pricing updates, and basic technical data sheets.
- CRM & ERP Discipline: Ensure all pipeline trackers and ERP systems (SAP) are continuously updated with accurate deal stages and stock allocations.
Requirements (Dealbreakers)
- 2+ Years in Internal Sales / Sales Admin: Must have experience in a fast-paced B2B distribution or technology environment.
- Quote Generation Expertise: Proven ability to manage complex Bills of Materials and calculate channel margins accurately.
- Systems Proficiency: Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and rigorous pipeline management.
- High Attention to Detail: A single wrong line item on an AV quote can ruin an installation; you must be meticulous.
