Marketing & Growth Manager

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, technology-driven Marketing & Growth Manager to help scale one of Arizona’s fastest-growing appliance repair companies.
This role will serve as the operational owner of the company’s marketing ecosystem. The Marketing & Growth Manager will coordinate marketing vendors, oversee content production, manage online reputation, monitor performance metrics, improve customer communication systems, and drive initiatives that strengthen the company’s brand and growth.
This is not a traditional marketing role focused solely on creating advertisements. We are looking for someone who can manage systems, coordinate projects, hold vendors accountable, leverage AI and automation tools, and ensure the company’s growth initiatives are executed consistently and effectively.

The ideal candidate is equal parts project manager, marketer, systems thinker, and operator.

Primary Responsibilities
Marketing Vendor Management
• Serve as primary point of contact for marketing agencies and vendors
• Coordinate initiatives involving:
o SEO
o Local Services Ads (LSA)
o Google Business Profile
o Paid advertising
o Website management
o Social media partners
• Monitor deliverables and ensure vendors remain accountable to agreed objectives
• Assist leadership in evaluating marketing performance and opportunities

Content & Brand Development
• Coordinate collection of field content from technicians and team members

Manage content calendars and publishing schedules
• Oversee creation and distribution of:
o Facebook content
o Instagram content
o YouTube Shorts
o TikTok content
o Google Business Profile updates
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels
• Support recruiting and employer-branding initiatives through content development

Reputation Management
• Monitor customer reviews and online reputation
• Coordinate responses to customer feedback
• Identify trends and recurring customer concerns
• Support initiatives designed to increase review volume and customer engagement

CRM, Automation & Customer Communication
• Manage customer communication and email marketing initiatives
• Assist with implementation of AI and automation tools
• Coordinate marketing workflows and customer follow-up systems
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology

Reporting & Analytics
• Produce weekly marketing and growth scorecards
• Monitor:
o Lead volume
o Conversion rates
o Website traffic
o Social media engagement
o Review performance
o Marketing ROI
• Present performance insights and recommendations to leadership

Digital Presence Management
• Monitor website performance and user experience
• Coordinate updates with website and technology vendors
• Maintain business listings and online profiles
• Ensure consistency of company information across platforms

Additional Responsibilities
As the company grows, this role may assist with:
• Promotional item ordering
• Business card and uniform ordering
• Brand asset management
• Community outreach initiatives
• Special projects related to growth, automation, and operational efficiency

Qualifications
Required
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including data analysis, reporting, pivot tables, formulas, and dashboard development
• Demonstrated ability to analyze large amounts of raw and structured data and translate findings into actionable business insights
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven decision-making approach
• Experience managing vendors, agencies, contractors, or cross-functional projects
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Experience in digital marketing with a working understanding of key customer acquisition channels, including:
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Google Ads / Pay-Per-Click (PPC)
• Local Services Ads (LSA)
• Social Media Marketing
• Email Marketing
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Ability to evaluate marketing performance, identify trends, measure return on investment, and make recommendations based on data

Preferred
• Experience with:
o Google Business Profile
o Local SEO
o Google Ads
o Local Services Ads
o Social media management
o Canva
o Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms
o AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Make.com, Zapier, or similar automation platforms
o Marketing analytics and dashboard reporting
o Vendor and agency management
o Home services, field service, or local service businesses
o Process improvement, workflow automation, and operational efficiency initiatives

Success in This Role
First 90 Days
• Marketing vendors are organized and accountable
• Weekly marketing scorecards are established

• Reputation management processes are operating smoothly
• Leadership has clear visibility into marketing performance

First Year
• A predictable content engine is established
• Marketing systems are documented and repeatable
• AI and automation tools reduce administrative workload
• Brand presence continues to strengthen across Arizona
• Leadership spends significantly less time managing marketing activities

We’re looking for someone who enjoys building systems, solving problems, organizing moving pieces, and creating structure where others see complexity.
The ideal candidate is proactive, curious, technologically savvy, and excited about helping build a growing company.
They do not need to be the world’s best SEO expert, paid advertising specialist, or social media creator. We already work with outside experts for those functions.
What we need is someone who can coordinate all of those moving parts, keep initiatives on track, leverage modern technology and AI tools, and help ensure our growth engine runs smoothly every day.
