Business Lecturer

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide academic guidance and mentorship that supports students both in class and beyond it.

Keep on top of developments in business education and your specialist field, bringing fresh insight into the classroom.

Support grant applications and external funding opportunities where relevant.

Take part in departmental meetings, curriculum reviews, and quality assurance processes.

Assist with accreditation requirements and ongoing academic standards.

Support student recruitment, admissions, and outreach activities that help grow the programme.

Contribute to committees and broader academic service across the department and institution.

Play a part in community engagement and initiatives that connect learning with the real world.

WHAT YOU BRING

An Honours degree in a relevant field.

Prior teaching experience at tertiary level is preferred.

Strong presentation and communication skills that make complex ideas easy to grasp.
