Job Details

Purpose

Accurate capturing and billing of loads, transported by road haul, as well as verification and reconciliation of loads received from the client.

Duties & Responsibilities:

·        Prepare dispatched truck list template for Operations and Security and email it to each department so that they      can distribute it accordingly.

·        Obtain road haul planning and shed allocated from the Planner to ensure that the weighbridge operators capture the correct shed and product on gravity system.

·        Ensure Client code and product type are correct on E-logic.

·        Ensure to import correct loads done manually or weighed on competitors’ site (Nexus, Tradekor etc.)

·        Updating truck & product planning of incoming road hauls.

·        Create ROADHAUL order on Gravity system

·        Ensure thorough reconciliation

·        Verify and reconcile loads received and offloaded on sheds are appearing on e-logic and gravity systems, ensure customer(mine) data is updated thereafter

·        Updating Production dashboards daily

·        Verify waybill information.

·        Capture road haul documents received from Mine (Client)

·        Deal with road haul discrepancies and file the approval confirmation from the Client to offload the truck

·        Ensure Zen team invoice according to the offloading report

·        Re-assigning of loads on E-logic

·        Manage and ensure e-Logic data integrity.

·        Compile reports relating to clients and ensure accuracy.

·        Report NCRs to Senior Administrator and report missing loads after 48 hours to Client Liaison Manager.

·        Report any scanner reports that are inaccurate.

·        Follow up on road haul truck breakdowns that have not offloaded.

·        Report any errors made by Mine to your Line Manager.

 

Skills Required

·        1-2 years administration. Experience in a similar environment advantageous

·        Grade 12 or Matric. Relevant qualification
