Warehouse Coordinator CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate the daily workflow across warehouse teams to keep operations on track

Oversee dispatch activity, making sure orders leave accurately and on time

Manage stock handling, storage, and movement within the warehouse

Monitor quality control across stock counts, picking, packing, and dispatch paperwork

Spot operational issues early and resolve them quickly to avoid delays

Keep warehouse processes aligned with company procedures, safety standards, and compliance requirements

Support a well-run, tidy, and efficient working environment

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and clear communication

REQUIREMENTS

Matric or a relevant qualification

Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or dispatch coordination role

Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail

Confident problem-solving ability with a practical, hands-on approach

Ability to coordinate and guide a team effectively

Good computer literacy, with stock or inventory system experience an advantage

Valid driver’s licence

Forklift certification would be an advantage
