As a Client Success Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Providing software system support and assistance on DiPAR’s Pack House proprietary software solutions to ensure our customers have the best user experience possible. Reporting to the Client Success Manager, you will be a part of an exciting product evolution that builds tailor-made solutions for the Fruit and Veg Industry. We achieve more, together.
What You Will Do
- You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical support via phone, email, remote takeover or in person.
- Assisting clients in the implementation of DiPAR’s software solutions.
- Develop relationships with client personnel that foster ties with our clients.
- Testing modifications to DiPAR’s software to ensure they are fit for purpose and consistent.
- Training clients on DiPAR’s software either remotely or in person
- From time-to-time being on After-Hours Standby, and Remotely Supporting clients whilst being on Standby.

• You will be working in a fast paced environment that is unpredictable at times.
• If you are solution driven, you can work well with others, and have great Afrikaans communication skills, or at least fully understand Afrikaans, and also good English communication skills, then this role is for you.
• Having experience/studies and or a keen interest and passion in Logistics, and software systems that manages such, will be favourable
