Key Responsibilities
Payments:
â Conduct daily and monthly reviews of documents submitted for payment.
â Verify the accuracy and completeness of all documents, ensuring no duplicates or outstanding payments.
â Ensure all payments are processed by the due date.
Insurance:
â Review insurance policies to ensure comprehensive coverage.
â Manage updates to asset coverage under insurance policies.
Sub-Contractors:
â Reconcile and verify subcontractor payment sheets, ensuring accuracy in insurance recovery and banking details.
â Match subcontractor payments with online banking profiles.
Payroll:

What You’ll Bring
â Qualifications: BCom Accounting Degree, SAICA Articles completed, and professional accounting accreditation such as SAIPA or SAIBA
â Experience: Minimum 5 years post-articles experience, preferably in a smaller audit firm with at least 2 years in an Accountant role
â Skills: High attention to detail, strong organisational and time management skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
