Overall Purpose of the Role:
The Partner Campaign Assistant Coordinator is responsible for supporting, servicing, and advising assigned partners to ensure long-term success. This role involves working closely with trusted partners and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of funding offer campaigns that align with partner needs. The candidate will contribute to marketing strategy, campaign execution, data analysis, and relationship management, ensuring optimal campaign performance and partner satisfaction.
Experience and Skills Required:
• Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Marketing or a qualified internship.
• At least 2 years of experience in campaign management or as a campaign coordinator.
• Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience or coursework in data analysis or business intelligence is preferred.
• Ability to take ownership of campaigns from end to end, including briefs, copywriting, analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex data findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in financial services or SME business funding is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently while taking direction, demonstrating initiative, and problem-solving effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Slack) is a plus.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong time management skills and a structured approach to workflows and processes.
• Confident, self-starter, hands-on, and team player with excellent relationship building skills.
• Should excel at finding solutions, identify challenges and take initiative to explore creative options and implement innovative strategies.
Responsibilities:
• Align with partners to maintain and update marketing content and collateral.
• Manage and maintain email communication reports, providing learnings and next steps.
• Provide creative direction in line with Partner Corporate Identity.
• Offer marketing-as-a-service by supporting, advising, and assisting partners in optimising and improving their portfolios.
• Develop partner marketing strategies, including always-on campaigns and specific objective-driven campaigns.
• Create and execute launch plans for new partner onboarding and pilots.
• Compile, present, and share monthly partner marketing reports, tracking key metrics, identifying areas for optimisation, and making data-driven recommendations.
• Develop and maintain a partner marketing calendar in collaboration with the partner marketing team.
• Collaborate with internal and external creative agencies to ensure branding alignment.
• Plan and execute campaigns effectively, ensuring they meet set targets and budgets with a focus on sales growth and performance improvement.
• Understand partner expectations and ensure efficient, cost-effective service delivery.
• Book campaigns into project management platforms and track against the marketing calendar.
• Conduct post-campaign analysis where necessary.
• Extract and analyse data to identify patterns, trends, and channel performance insights using platforms eg. GA4 and Salesforce.
• Develop and test analytical hypotheses (e.g., A/B testing across various channels).
• Provide analytical insights to support key campaigns and post-campaign analysis.
• Collaborate with partners to gather relevant data for campaign planning and execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate insights into analytical projects.
• Execute copywriting and design work for monthly always-on and ad-hoc campaigns.
• Plan, strategise, set up, deploy, and track email marketing campaigns (e.g., Mailchimp).
• Plan, strategise, set up, deploy, and track SMS marketing campaigns (e.g., Mobiz).
• Manage partner relationships, including workshops, monthly catch-ups, and team check-ins.
• Package findings from partner surveys and integrate them into marketing strategies.
• Conduct client surveys to understand needs, extract learnings, and develop actionable marketing recommendations.
