Grow revenue and profits in the region by

• By developing plans and strategies for the customer portfolio; following up on quotations and projects within the territory; working under pressure to meet sales targets; increasing customer profitability; and displaying a fair knowledge of all Safety products.

• Maximizing customer face time – By spending the majority of the working hours outside the office visiting customers on a regular bases and providing regular updates to the Regional Manager.

 

Build & maintain strong customer relationships by

• By developing new customers in the Region; providing timely support to existing customers; and working closely with the Regional Manager to develop customer relationships. Follow through Administrative/reporting requirements, ie:

• Assuming responsibility for the performance of accounts with regards to achieving budget; and reporting on account performance, corrective actions, and customer development.

• Provide a regularly updated clear weighted base business sales opportunity pipeline. Lead the Demand Creation Activities and Provide product training to customers – conducting Regular Customer seminars or individual Customer presentations. Furthermore: • Planning of calls • Sourcing New business

• Identifying opportunities for growth with existing customers

• Following up on calls/orders/leads

• Preparing quotations

• Product demonstrations for customers

• Job related administration • Following up on queries professionally and timeously

• Attending exhibition shows when required

• Meet Sales targets

• Customer Training

• Presentations at Boardroom level
