Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily workshop operations with confidence and clarity

• Support technicians with mechanical diagnosis and technical problem-solving

• Ensure top-tier customer service is delivered every time

• Drive sales performance and meet branch targets

• Maintain a high standard of quality, safety, and service

• Motivate, mentor, and manage workshop staff

• Manage bookings, workflow, inventory, and customer communication

Requirements:

• Red Seal certified – trade qualification is a must

• Proven mechanical experience – hands-on knowledge is essential

• Strong track record in workshop management

• Excellent sales and customer service skills

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and direct a team

• Results-driven with a focus on quality and efficiency

• Contactable references from previous roles
