Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Schedule tasks and communicate effectively with internal teams, external project managers, and key contact persons.
  • Manage project timelines and resources efficiently.
  • Coordinate logistics, procurement, and supplier management to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Book flights, accommodations, and travel arrangements for the technical team.
  • Maintain and organize project files, ensuring all documentation is up to date and accessible.
  • Oversee administrative tasks related to project execution, including reports, invoices, and compliance documentation.
  • Identify potential risks and implement solutions proactively.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to management.
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards and business objectives.
  • Assist with Health and Safety Responsibilities

Requirements:
