Role overview
We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Commercial Manager: Financial Services to drive growth and profitability within our Property business. This hands-on role is responsible for managing commercial activities, optimizing sales performance, and executing marketing strategies that support business expansion.
You’ll cultivate strong relationships with C-suite clients, identify new opportunities, and forge strategic partnerships to extend market reach. Working cross-functionally, you’ll ensure alignment between commercial strategy and operational execution—delivering exceptional client outcomes and long-term value.
Role requirements
Revenue Optimisation: Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with business goals to drive sustainable revenue growth.
Client Acquisition & Strategic Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to attract new clients and expand the customer base, with a focus on high-value C-suite relationships.
Relationship Management: Foster strong, trust-based relationships with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
Contract Management: Lead the negotiation, drafting, and administration of contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
Project Coordination: Collaborate across departments to ensure successful project execution that meets client expectations and business objectives.
Pipeline Development: Generate and nurture a robust pipeline of leads, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree: Typically, in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field.
Advanced Degree: A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) can be advantageous but is not required.
Experience
At least 5 years of experience in a commercial, sales, or marketing role, with a proven track record of success.
Prior exposure to the Financial Services sector is advantageous.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a strong focus on achieving results.
Demonstrated success in driving sales growth within key accounts.
Proven ability to manage projects, collaborate effectively across departments, and resolve challenges efficiently.
Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of market dynamics and revenue drivers.
