MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO) |
- Content creation – Design catalogues, brochures, social media posts, animated stories/reels, POS collateral, email graphics and basic web banners. These will be both B2B and B2C focused.
- Product imagery – Create composed lifestyle imagery with AI tools, perform basic to intermediate retouching, and output print-ready or web-optimised files.
- Brand guardianship – Apply strict CI guidelines across print and digital, yet propose innovative layouts and typography where the brief allows.
- Artwork rollout – Adapt master designs into multiple sizes (A5 flyers, shelf-talkers, e-comm thumbnails, etc.) while maintaining visual consistency.
- Colour & spec management – Prepare files for CMYK offset/large-format print vs. RGB/SRGB digital, ensuring accurate colour reproduction and optimal file weight.
- Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, and product teams.
- Asset library upkeep – Tag, archive and version control source files on our cloud DAM; maintain organised layer structures and naming conventions.
JOB/EDUCATIONAL/QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS |
- 3–5 years in an in-house or agency graphic-design role, ideally in FMCG, retail, or consumer-electronics sectors.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); confident in generative-AI tools such as Adobe Firefly or Midjourney for concept exploration.
- Solid understanding of print production (bleeds, trapping, dyelines, Pantone, spot UV, varnishes) and digital requirements (responsive sizing, compression, alt text basics).
- Portfolio demonstrating catalogue/brochure layouts, social creatives, packaging or POS, and lifestyle composites with believable shadows/lighting.
- Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and liaising with both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
- Clear, concise communication in English (written & verbal).
