Job Summary

We are seeking highly organised and proactive Change Managers to lead and coordinate change across a variety our clients’ strategic initiatives – both locally and abroad through our global network. This role is critical to the successful delivery of transformation programmes, ensuring adoption, reducing resistance, and embedding sustainable change.

As a Change Manager, you’ll bring structure, strategy, and empathy to change initiatives, delivering across key service areas:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement structured change management strategies and plans to support adoption and minimise resistance.
  • Conduct impact assessments, assess organisational readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Lead change management workstreams across complex transformation projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business leads, and HR to embed change management into programme planning.
  • Design and deliver clear communications, stakeholder engagement activities, and tailored training programmes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change interventions and adjust as needed.
  • Coach and support managers and senior leaders to become effective change leaders.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and proactively address risks or blockers to adoption.
  • Promote continuous improvement in change capability across both client and internal teams.

We’re Looking for Change Makers With:

  • Significant experience (typically 5+ years) in a dedicated change management role within complex organisational settings.
  • Deep understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and best practice
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence and build trust at all levels.
  • A strategic and analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving ability.
  • A strong track record of working cross-functionally and managing competing priorities.
  • Comfort in navigating ambiguity and delivering outcomes in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and change tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheet).

Desirable Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
  • Sector experience in financial services, FMCG, Logistics and manufacturing
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP).
