You’ll operate at the intersection of marketing, affiliate management, and commercial strategy – driving acquisitions, forging high-impact partnerships, and leading a team with clarity, confidence, and a relentless focus on performance.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead the charge on commercial strategy across acquisition, partnerships, and performance.

Negotiate like a pro, turning conversations into contracts that deliver measurable results.

Own relationships – with partners, stakeholders, and execs – and bring people onside fast.

Command the boardroom – present numbers, influence direction, and challenge the status quo when needed.

Drive and inspire a team of affiliate managers – this is critical. If you can’t lead from the front, it’s not for you.

Crush KPIs and hold yourself accountable to targets, timelines, and top-tier execution.
- Love data and how it tells the story (or the nightmare)

Navigate complex environments and get IT done – whether working with data nerds, creatives, or external partners.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Must have experience within the Online Gaming Industry (non-negiotable)

A proven background in commercial growth within the online marketing space.

Strong experience managing and scaling affiliate programs or teams.

A deal-maker’s mindset – strategic yet tactical, commercial yet creative.

Ability to work with every type of personality and keep the wheels turning smoothly.

You can take a punch (metaphorically) in high-stakes discussions and come back swinging – with solutions.

Attitude: fearless, proactive, practical. You make things happen.

You’re allergic to corporate fluff. You speak plain, work smart, and move fast.
Nice to Haves:
