About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Learning & Development Manager to lead and manage training and development initiatives across our national footprint. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements while aligning learning strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement national training strategies and learning programmes.
- Ensure compliance with PSIRA, SASSETA, ISO standards, and Skills Development legislation.
- Manage the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR) submissions.
- Oversee the Learner Management System (LMS) and ensure integration with business operations.
- Design and maintain curriculum frameworks and learning materials.
- Manage training budgets, expenses, and BEE-aligned spend.
- Facilitate operational training interventions and measure effectiveness.
- Lead learnership programmes and external provider relationships.
- Ensure quality assurance and continuous improvement of training content.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Training, or related field.
- Moderator and Assessor accreditation preferred.
- PSIRA Grade C Instructor and SASSETA accreditation required.
- Proven experience in managing national training and development programmes.
- Strong knowledge of Skills Development, EE, LRA, SAQA, and SHEQ standards.
