Role Summary:
The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end execution of a legal entity creation initiative spanning multiple international markets. This strategic role supports a new program, ensuring compliance, operational readiness, and seamless integration with global business services (GBS) and supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to establish new legal entities in alignment with corporate governance and local regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with GBS, Finance, Tax, HR, Legal and Supply Chain stakeholders to ensure operational readiness and process alignment.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables across diverse geographies.
  • Ensure SAP R/3 systems are configured and integrated appropriately to support new entity operations.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and reporting to senior leadership.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in legal entity creation and corporate structuring projects.
  • Strong understanding of GBS frameworks and supply chain processes.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP R/3, especially in finance, logistics, and master data domains.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex, multi-market initiatives.
  • Ability to navigate matrixed organisations and influence cross-functional teams.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Well-established networking skills to network across internal business units and geographies.
  • Familiarity with change management and post-implementation support.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.
  • Experience working with distributed or global teams.
