We’re looking for a Business Coach with the grit to deliver, the courage to be held fully accountability, and the emotional intelligence to accelerate team success. This person will inspire growth, foster collaboration, and create meaningful impact for our clients, communities, and country.  The Business Coach will join an existing Business Coaching Firm, ActionCOACH iNala, in Umhlanga,KwaZulu Natal, South Africa.

 

Professional Background

• 10+ years ibn leadership, senior management, or business ownership.
• Has built, run, or significantly grown a business or business unit.
• Experioenced across multiple business fucntions – finance,sales, marketing, operations, and people management.
• Preferably has cross-industry exposure, brnging. varied perspectives to client challenges.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience running, managing, or growing a successful business, or holding a senior leadership role.
• Strong understanding of core business functions — finance, sales, marketing, operations, and people management.
• Ability to interpret financial reports, KPIs, and other performance metrics to guide decision-making.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and active listening skills.
• Skilled in building trust, motivating others, and holding them accountable.
• (optional but valuable) Formal coaching certification or experience.
• (extremely valuable) Have a strong local network of Business Owners, Executives and Leaders
