About the Role

As our Senior Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and scaling our sales operations. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing high-impact sales strategies, managing large telesales teams, and ensuring the sustained profitability of our sales channels.

This is a leadership role that demands vision, resilience, and a deep understanding of sales dynamics in a competitive market.


 Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Design, implement, and continuously refine sales strategies that align with company objectives and market trends.
  • Team Management: Lead and inspire a large telesales team (200–500 people), ensuring high performance and engagement.
  • Talent Development: Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent. Foster a culture of growth, accountability, and excellence.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor KPIs, analyze sales data, and implement performance improvement plans.
  • Client Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive long-term business success.
  • Innovation & Agility: Stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

What You Bring

  • minimum 3-year degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
