YOU AS OUR CLIENT, AGREE TO THE BELOW:

Commitment is crucial for everyone included in the recruitment process, the client, supplier and candidate. Job Crystal ensures a dedicated team towards the client and requires working hand in hand with the client and candidates to ensure everyone has a stress-free experience.
We have found that by gaining a commitment from both the client and candidate, the process runs a lot smoother.

For this to occur we require that this agreement is signed with commitment from the client:

• The client commits to reviewing and providing feedback within 48 hours of receiving CVs;
• The client commits to providing feedback after interviews have been conducted within 48 hours;
• The client commits to inform Job Crystal when they are using an additional source to recruit (therefore no longer in exclusivity).
