Build Customer Relations · Visit current and new customers to follow up on service/resolve complaints/build and maintain relationships · Identify and interpret Customer complaints/queries · Resolve Customer queries/complaints · After sales service · Customer service based on the Tiger Way |

Administer Reports/Documents · Interpret alignment reports (graphic and column) · Explain reports to Customer (fault finding) · Compare reports · Generate and process Customer invoices · Check invoices for correctness · Generate TEC’s · Process orders · Generate quotations |

Inspect/Test Product & Drive Cars · Check tyre condition by identifying reason/causes of defective tyres · Check rim condition · Drive car to verify defects |

Inspection of vehicles · Conduct a through inspection of the vehicle via Tiger Inspect app · Note any damages to the vehicle · Note any valuables in the vehicle |

Maintain high level of knowledge regarding the company and our services and products |

Willingness to travel to see account customers, to other stores and for training |
