Purpose of the Role
The Sales Floor Process Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training that drives operational excellence across the Sales Floor. The role ensures that teams and individuals are trained, assessed, and competent in operational processes in order to meet service level expectations without compromising quality. This includes designing training materials, facilitating ongoing training sessions, conducting assessments, and maintaining accurate training records and reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update training material, assessments, and process documentation.
- Facilitate onboarding training, process refreshers, and continuous learning interventions.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate competency and identify performance gaps.
- Monitor and report on training progress and learner performance statistics.
- Collaborate with team leaders and operations to identify training needs.
- Drive quality and compliance through training and structured development.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance, assessments, and outcomes.
- Adapt training delivery styles to suit individual and team learning needs.
- Use digital tools (PowerPoint, forms, video tools, e-learning platforms) to enhance learning.
- Provide mentorship, feedback, and development support to learners.
- Promote operational excellence and team effectiveness through training initiatives.
