  • Select, launch, and optimize new HR technologies. Champion vendor partnerships and ongoing platform support.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally—HR, Finance, Operations—to turn strategy into reality using the best tech and data.

  • Ensure all compliance with South African labour and data protection standards, keeping everything secure and future-ready.

  • Build, mentor, and energize a high-performing HR Tech & Data team—make them the leaders and innovators every business wants.

Your DNA:

  • Bachelor’s in HR, IT, Data Analytics, or similar (bonus for advanced HRIS/Data Science/SAP skills)

  • 8+ years in HR tech management, 5+ years in a senior HRIS/data leadership role (retail exposure a major plus)

  • Tech stack transformation, system integration, and vendor management mastery

  • Passion for optimizing processes, digitizing HR, and delivering real, measurable business impact
