We are seeking a highly skilled Finance & Supply Chain Support Specialist with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or AX 2012. You might be an in-house F&O Sfpply Chain COntroller or a Business Analyst in the FInance or SCM field?
In this advertised role, you’ll act as a key link between Finance, Operations, and IT, providing functional support, troubleshooting, and process optimisation across the business. It’s a fantastic opportunity for a Finance professional or ERP Super User who enjoys helping others, improving systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-line functional support for Finance and Supply Chain users within D365 F&O / AX2012.
- Troubleshoot issues across modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Procurement, Inventory, and Costing.
- Manage and prioritise support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.
- Work with IT and external partners to test system changes, patches, and enhancements.
- Document and maintain process maps, user guides, and training materials.
- Support month-end and year-end processes, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting.
- Assist with data analysis, reconciliations, and reporting improvements using ERP tools.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and user experience.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong background in Finance, Supply Chain, or ERP system support.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 or D365 Finance & Operations (Finance and/or SCM modules).
- A solid understanding of finance processes, such as P2P, O2C, GL, and Inventory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Ability to communicate effectively with users, IT teams, and management.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong documentation and analytical skills.
- Experience in user training, testing, or system rollout support is a plus.
