Your Mission
You will be selling high-impact Omni-Channel, Contact Centre, Cloud Telephony, AI-driven and Customer Experience technologies to serious decision makers:
CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Contact Centres, Customer Experience Executives, BPO Directors and Corporate IT teams.
This is full-cycle B2B tech sales: from prospecting to closing.
You will:

Build and own a high-performing sales pipeline

Prospect intelligently using industry research, data, and competitive insights

Engage executives with compelling business cases

Position our platforms (QContact, Omni365/Roger365, XCally, Comet Clips) with authority

Run high-impact demos and solution presentations

Negotiate strong commercial outcomes

Close deals fast, cleanly, and profitably

Hit aggressive monthly and quarterly targets

Retain and grow accounts with expansion strategies

Minimum Requirements

5+ years B2B Business Development in ICT / Telecoms / SaaS / Cloud Solutions

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets

Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise clients

Strong understanding of contact centres, cloud communication, or customer experience tech
-
Comfortable dealing with C-level decision makers

Strong proposal, presentation, and negotiation skills
-
Advanced CRM and pipeline management capability

Able to work independently, drive outcomes, and manage your book of business end to end

Highly professional, articulate, and presentable
Education

Matric required

Degree or diploma in Business, IT, Communications, or Sales is advantageous
Remuneration
Highly competitive basic salary + uncapped commission.
