ScopServ Integrated Services is expanding fast — and we’re looking for a top-tier B2B Tech Sales Hunter who knows how to break open doors, build high-value pipelines, and close complex deals.

Your Mission

You will be selling high-impact Omni-Channel, Contact Centre, Cloud Telephony, AI-driven and Customer Experience technologies to serious decision makers:
CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Contact Centres, Customer Experience Executives, BPO Directors and Corporate IT teams.

This is full-cycle B2B tech sales: from prospecting to closing.

You will:

  • Build and own a high-performing sales pipeline

  • Prospect intelligently using industry research, data, and competitive insights

  • Engage executives with compelling business cases

  • Position our platforms (QContact, Omni365/Roger365, XCally, Comet Clips) with authority

  • Run high-impact demos and solution presentations

  • Negotiate strong commercial outcomes

  • Close deals fast, cleanly, and profitably

  • Hit aggressive monthly and quarterly targets

  • Retain and grow accounts with expansion strategies

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years B2B Business Development in ICT / Telecoms / SaaS / Cloud Solutions

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets

  • Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise clients

  • Strong understanding of contact centres, cloud communication, or customer experience tech

  • Comfortable dealing with C-level decision makers

  • Strong proposal, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Advanced CRM and pipeline management capability

  • Able to work independently, drive outcomes, and manage your book of business end to end

  • Highly professional, articulate, and presentable

Education

  • Matric required

  • Degree or diploma in Business, IT, Communications, or Sales is advantageous

Remuneration

Highly competitive basic salary + uncapped commission.
