About the Role
As our Marketing Manager, you’ll focus on events, social media, visual content, and client success initiatives. You’ll combine creative strategy with hands-on execution, ensuring every campaign and project aligns with Snode’s goals and strengthens our relationships with clients.
What You’ll be Doing
- Plan and manage Snode’s internal and external events, including summits and conferences locally and abroad.
- Activate all relevant social media channels and maintain or grow existing LinkedIn presence.
- Design graphics and visual materials for both online and offline marketing.
- Oversee marketing projects from start to finish, making sure everything stays on track and within budget.
- Must be able to support the creation and distribution of product or technical content.
- Support client success initiatives, including CRM reporting and building strong stakeholder relationships.
- Work together with internal teams and trusted partners to deliver high-quality campaigns and events.
- Monitor performance and suggest ways to make campaigns and client engagement even better.
- Make sure all marketing materials and events consistently reflect Snode’s brand and values.
- SEO: Drive and manage SEO efforts to grow organic traffic, strengthen search presence, and improve overall keyword performance.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally with events, social media, project management, and client-facing initiatives.
- Experience with CRM tools and managing client success processes.
- Strong graphic design skills which can be adapted to different design platforms (Like Canva and more sophisticated platform like the Adobe Design Suite in time).
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong preference for data analysis and reporting as the basis for decision making and ideation.
- Creative and proactive mindset.
- Candidates with previous experience marketing technical B2B products and services will be given preference.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast- paced environment.
