Purpose:
To supervise and coordinate the delivery of all soft services, ensuring compliance with contractual standards, health and safety requirements, and Tsebo’s values, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Moves & Churns team for safe and efficient relocations.
- Monitor service delivery across cleaning, hygiene, landscaping, pest control, and related services.
- Conduct site inspections and compliance checks.
- Manage stock and consumables for hygiene and pantry services.
- Support supplier governance, SLA monitoring, and procurement processes.
- Prepare reports, meeting agendas, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Assist with HR processes and financial administration.
- Communicate effectively with staff, subcontractors, and client representatives.
Education & Experience:
- Grade 12 (Matric) minimum; post-matric qualification in Hospitality or Facilities Management preferred.
- 4–5 years’ experience in FM operations, specifically soft services.
- Supervisory experience managing teams and subcontractors.
- Exposure to large corporate or international environments.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of soft services delivery and compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of SHEQ requirements and budget management.
