Job Details

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Working as part of a small, agile team, this role partners closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and secure high-quality talent while meeting tight timelines and business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle, in-house recruitment from briefing through to offer and onboarding

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and advise on hiring strategies

  • Proactively source mid- to senior-level talent using direct search, networks, and digital platforms

  • Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate assessments

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles

  • Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while meeting aggressive hiring deadlines

  • Ensure a professional, efficient candidate experience and accurate recruitment reporting

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience recruiting mid- to senior-level roles in a fast-paced environment – MUST have a stable career as a recruiter (no job hoppers!)

  • Agency Generalist recruitment experience is advantageous
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

  • Ability to prioritise and perform under pressure in a small-team setting

  • Commercial mindset with a strong focus on delivery and quality
