Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to drive growth in the Industrial industries. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Industrial, proven sales expertise, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities

ï·Develop at different levels a transverse relationship with the customer and ensures strategic alignment.
ï·Ensure and improve customer satisfaction and Loyalty.
ï·Understand the Customers overall business and activities (Competitive Environment, Growth Strategy, productivity, profitability).
ï·Identify customer needs and drive opportunities in agreement with the commercial business strategy, the market, category, portfolio.
ï·Drive the development of operational and strategic plans jointly with the Customer and the internal organization (Targets, Budget’s).
ï·Drive Closure of long-term sales contracts.
ï·Ensure accurate sales forecasts.
ï·Responsible for financial objectives of the customer.
Knowledge & Skills

ï·Marketing and Sales Experience.
ï·Customer Relationship Management
ï·Excel – Intermediate
Qualifications and Education requirements

ï·Tertiary qualification in Chemical Engineering
ï·3-5 years Chemical industry experience and marketing and sales experience
