 Our business is proud of its happy  work environment that values innovation, integrity, and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a motivated Receptionist & Payroll Clerk to join our office and contribute to creating a great work place

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, handeling deliveries,  and answering phone calls.

– Assistant to  the office Manager

– Process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

– Maintain employee records and assist in onboarding new hires.

– Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.

– Assist with inquiries related to payroll and employee benefits.

 

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

– High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in payroll processing is a plus.

– Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.

– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and  experience with Pastel Payroll Software.

– Clocking System familiarity

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
