Clients include telecom giants, logistics companies, and municipal infrastructure projects.

We are scaling rapidly and looking for sharp, driven sales professionals to lead the charge.

 

Role Overview

You will be responsible for generating leads, managing strategic accounts, and closing high-value deals across multiple sectors. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding Blackmagic Tech’s footprint in energy storage, building relationships with procurement leaders, site engineers, and infrastructure decision-makers.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with the company’s growth targets.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in telecom, logistics, municipalities, and off-grid infrastructure.
  • Conduct product presentations, client demos, and site visits.
  • Negotiate and close deals, working closely with the technical and operations teams.
  • Maintain a pipeline via CRM tools and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Attend expos, industry events, and trade shows to build brand visibility.
  • Upsell new tech to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and lead generation campaigns.

 

Required Experience

  • 3–5 years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally in energy, telecom, tech, or infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Comfortable selling to technical clients (engineers, project managers, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and public/private sector tenders.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel nationally

Bonus: Knowledge of renewable energy, battery technologies, or telecom infrastructure
