Market Research and Intelligence

  • Conduct targeted market research through conversations, outreach and surveys
  • Identify trends, customer needs and competitor activity
  • Deliver concise insights that support commercial decision making

Tender Sourcing and Referral

  • Monitor and screen tender databases daily
  • Identify relevant opportunities and refer them to appropriate divisions
  • Maintain updated logs and assist in building a healthy pipeline

Data and CRM Management

  • Capture all customer interactions, insights and lead information accurately
  • Support reporting processes through reliable data and summaries

Cross Sell Coordination

  • Identify and route cross sell opportunities across different Tsebo divisions
  • Support integrated engagement across the Group
