External Sales Representative – Material Handling
You’ll be the driving force behind bringing innovative material handling solutions to clients across the region. This role sits at the heart of our sales operation, combining relationship-building with technical expertise to unlock new business opportunities and nurture existing partnerships in a thriving, fast-paced industry.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive face-to-face client engagement and manage comprehensive phone-based communication to understand material handling needs and deliver tailored solutions
Identify and pursue new project opportunities, communicating project details with clients to shape outcomes from concept through delivery
Build lasting relationships with existing customers whilst showcasing the full breadth of our material handling product portfolio
Conduct cold calling and market research activities to discover untapped opportunities and emerging markets
Support site-based technical queries, bridging the gap between customer requirements and product capabilities
Prepare detailed quote follow-ups and weekly performance reports to track progress
Travel extensively across designated regions to expand market penetration and establish new customer bases
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows, generating leads and promoting our solutions
Handle additional responsibilities as directed by management
