CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

You’ll be at the heart of sales success, owning the CRM like a pro and crafting dashboards that light up the path to growth.

Master CRM administration – pipelines, workflows, territories, user access, and spot-on customer segmentation for OEMs, mining, automotive, resellers, and more

Ramp up CRM adoption with external sales, internal teams, and branches, while enforcing activity tracking on calls, visits, quotes, and opportunities

Train the crew on best practices that align perfectly with the sales process

Crunch sales performance data across branches, regions, customer segments, product categories, suppliers, pricing, margins, and new vs existing business

Spot golden opportunities like share-of-wallet growth, dormant account revivals, and clever cross-selling plays

Build and automate killer dashboards tracking revenue, margins, pipeline health, conversion rates, activities, customer coverage, product performance, and strategic accounts

Whip up weekly and monthly performance packs for leadership – insights that spark action, not just numbers

Back sales forecasting with pipeline and historical data, help set targets by branch, territory, and rep, and monitor budgets plus growth drives

Dive into pricing trends, discounting habits, and margin boosters to optimise deals and arm supplier negotiations

Champion data quality across CRM, ERP, and BI systems, plus smooth integrations and rock-solid standards

REQUIREMENTS

Bring your A-game with solid experience in the industrial trenches – think distribution, manufacturing, or MRO magic.

10+ years in sales ops, analytics, or commercial support in distribution, manufacturing, or industrial sectors

Hands-on with CRM platforms like Salesforce, MiFusion, HubSpot, or equivalents

Excel wizardry plus BI tools such as Power BI or Qlik

Bonus points for MRO, industrial distribution, or technical sales know-how

Sharp analytical chops with commercial flair to turn data into real business moves

Process tweaks that stick, eagle-eye detail focus, and data precision

Influencing skills to rally stakeholders, plus self-driven accountability
