Dive into a role where your sharp organisational skills power shutdowns, maintenance projects, and site-based teams across energy, mining, and petrochemical sectors.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

You’ll be at the centre of it all, juggling HR, procurement, finance, and more with energy and precision.

Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding

Kick off employee mobilisation, guiding new hires through seamless onboarding.

Handle offboarding like a pro: distribute termination docs, recover company gear, and book exit medicals.

Documentation & Record Management

Build and maintain bulletproof filing systems for employee records, staying ahead of legal data protection rules.

Update personnel files on the dot, ensuring everything’s compliant and current.

Procurement Powerhouse

Scout top suppliers, craft purchase orders, track deliveries, and process invoices with eagle-eyed accuracy.

Keep procurement watertight, aligning with policies and regs for flawless execution.

Payroll & HR Support

Verify time and attendance, crunch payroll numbers, and tackle employee queries head-on.

Manage leave requests, track attendance, resolve conflicts, and co-ordinate fun events and training programs.

Finance & Cash Flow

Process monthly invoices and receipts on AX, load new vendors for approval, and handle supplier credits.

Whip up recon packs, apply payments, manage stock movements, and prep CAPEX/disposal forms.

Safety & Training

Admin the HSEC Online System, pack safety files, and report HSE hours, incidents, and near misses.

Track training progress and communicate effectively with site-based teams via HR software.

REQUIREMENTS

Matric (Grade 12) as your foundation, with a relevant certificate or diploma giving you an edge.

5 years’ solid general office admin experience, plus 3 years in industrial services (a real bonus for those shutdowns and outages).
