About the Role

VEXALL looking for a motivated and results-driven professional to lead service delivery operations within a pharmacy environment. This role focuses on ensuring high performance, reliability, and exceptional client service across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

What You’ll Need:

🔹 10+ years’ experience in Service Delivery Management (large-scale environments)

🔹 Strong knowledge of ITIL principles

🔹 Expertise in IT support, field services, and helpdesk operations

🔹 Solid understanding of incident management & escalation processes

🔹 Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

🔹 Experience managing third-party service providers
