Front of House Trainer – Healthcare

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead vibrant training sessions that bring healthcare standards to life – from warm greetings and spotless hygiene to nailing communication scripts and the Cuppa Concept.
Deliver practical coaching right on the wards, during belt ops and meal rushes, turning theory into top-notch performance
Build staff skills in patient-centred service, menu-taking, special diets, tray perfection, and professional vibes
Guide teams on diet accuracy, portioning, sequencing, sample plates, and all production processes with sharp attention to detail
Spot-check compliance on uniforms, food safety, and hygiene, while uplifting teamwork through feedback and motivation
Keep training records sharp, sign off competencies, and flag development gaps to keep everyone ahead of the curve
REQUIREMENTS
Bring your flair for training in fast-paced hospital kitchens, where precision meets empathy.
4-5 years in healthcare catering FOH ops – think hostess, supervisor, or trainer roles
Solid grasp of hospital diets, patient meals, and FOH handbook essentials
Proven track record coaching or leading FOH crews
Grade 12 a must; bonus points for hospitality, nutrition, or training quals
Stellar communication, interpersonal skills, and cool under pressure
