Step up as Information Officer under POPIA and PAIA, handling compliance with sharp precision.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Bring a Master’s in ICT or a related field (NQF 9) to the table, plus bonus points for certs like CISM, CISSP, CDMP, or CDPSE. You’ll need 10 years in ICT and info management, including 5 years leading tech teams, with solid chops in Business Continuity and Cyber Security.

Proven track record in strategy crafting and rollout, business planning, tech leadership, and strategic management.

Skills in HR and talent management, change leadership, risk handling, policy building, stakeholder wrangling, advanced project delivery, financial savvy, and top-notch negotiation.

Standout interpersonal flair, problem-cracking prowess, presentation polish, written wizardry, customer focus, and analytical muscle – both numbers and insights.

Deep know-how of SA’s Higher Education and National System of Innovation, plus industry gold standards like POPI Act, GDPR, PFMA, King V, and Companies Act.

Grip on labour laws, protecting knowledge as a core asset, ERP rollouts, and designing bespoke digital systems that drive transformation.
