Nail opening and closing routines to keep everything ticking like clockwork

Keep gear like Flightscope launch monitors, cameras, PDQs, digital screens, WiFi, and Zoho CRM humming – troubleshoot fast and maintain rock-solid uptime

Drive the numbers: own full P&L, chase revenue growth, control costs, and smash weekly/monthly reports

Hunt new business – lock in corporate days, private bashes, sponsored gigs, and partnerships with golf clubs, corporates, and brands

Craft top-tier proposals and pull off flawless events that wow

Lead your crew: train assistants and part-timers, enforce grooming, discipline, and pro standards

Deliver luxury guest experiences, handle escalations with cool-headed flair, and track daily reports, KPIs like customer scores, booking conversions, data accuracy, and margins

REQUIREMENTS

Tech-savvy wizardry with systems like Flightscope, custom cameras, POS, CRM, and automation workflows

Proven chops in operations, sales, or hospitality – especially golf, events, or premium leisure spots

Leadership nous to manage teams, enforce safety/compliance, and stock controls

Confidence juggling rotational shifts across weekends and holidays
