Design and build in C/AL, handle testing, and roll out technical solutions across multiple projects

Integrate D365 Business Central with CE, app extensions, and broader Microsoft platforms for end-to-end wins

Conduct gap analyses, mapping client requirements to BC functionality with precision

Gather and document functional needs, analyse legacy systems, and recommend tweaks or fresh builds

Define project scopes, configure systems, and guide workgroups through the full software development lifecycle

REQUIREMENTS

You’ll shine if you bring specialist or architect-level expertise in D365 Business Central, with a knack for turning complex challenges into elegant solutions.

Proven track record in new BC implementations and ongoing support, both client-side and internal

Deep knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including C/AL development, integrations, and future roadmaps

Strong consulting chops: translating business requirements into technical designs

Experience leading teams, mentoring juniors, and architecting hands-on

Skilled in gap analysis, requirements gathering, system configuration, and cross-platform integrations

Comfortable juggling multiple projects, from workflow design to hardware/OS interfaces

Excellent client-facing skills: proactive, professional, and delivery-focused
