Customer Success Manager

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
This role is all about nurturing client relationships, spotting opportunities, and keeping service delivery smooth from first conversation to long-term partnership. You’ll be the trusted go-to for clients, helping them feel supported, understood, and well looked after.
Manage and grow strong client relationships with a hands-on, personalised approach
Meet clients in person across Johannesburg and build lasting connections face to face
Use your recruitment or HR sales experience to spot business opportunities and strengthen accounts
Keep communication clear, consistent, and professional throughout the client journey
Work closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met
Handle account activity with confidence, follow-through, and strong attention to detail
Support retention and growth by understanding client needs and responding quickly
Represent the business with energy, polish, and credibility in every interaction
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
This position calls for someone who knows the value of relationships and understands the pace of recruitment and HR environments. Confidence, commercial awareness, and a natural flair for client service will go a long way here.
At least 5 years’ experience in client management
Proven sales experience within the recruitment or HR industry
Based in Johannesburg
A genuine preference for face-to-face client meetings
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
A professional, confident, and approachable manner
The ability to work independently and manage multiple client priorities
Solid commercial instincts and a strong service mindset
