Are you a dynamic go-getter with a passion for fintech and field sales? the business is looking for a Business Development Executive to join our high-impact Growth Organisation — a team that’s reshaping the future of merchant services across South Africa. As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of merchant acquisition, activation, and retention, driving revenue across our integrated product suite: Card, Cash, Capital, Software, and VAS. This is more than a sales role — it’s a chance to be a catalyst for financial inclusion and digital transformation.

Areas – Eastern Cape (EC): Mthatha OR East London OR Queenstown

What You’ll Do:

• Acquire & Activate Merchants: Convert leads into signed, installed, and revenue generating merchants.

• Drive Multi-Product Growth: Promote bundled solutions that boost merchant profitability and loyalty.

• Own Your Territory: Manage your pipeline, report insights, and align with regional strategies.

• Engage & Expand: Build lasting relationships and identify cross-sell opportunities.

• Stay Ahead: Keep up with fintech trends and share best practices with your team

What You Bring:

• 3+ years in external sales, business development, or merchant acquisition.

• Proven success in multi-product sales and pipeline management.

• Experience in fintech, financial services, or merchant acquiring (preferred).

• Matric required; tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or Marketing is a plus.

• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle — ready to hit the road!
