As a Business Development Executive, youll be at the forefront of merchant acquisition, activation, and retention, driving revenue across our integrated product suite: Card, Cash, Capital, Software, and VAS. This is more than a sales role its a chance to be a catalyst for financial inclusion and digital transformation.

Area - Free State, Bloemfontein

What You’ll Do:

 Acquire & Activate Merchants: Convert leads into signed, installed, and revenue generating merchants.

 Drive Multi-Product Growth: Promote bundled solutions that boost merchant profitability and loyalty.

 Own Your Territory: Manage your pipeline, report insights, and align with regional strategies.

 Engage & Expand: Build lasting relationships and identify cross-sell opportunities.

 Stay Ahead: Keep up with fintech trends and share best practices with your team

What You Bring:

 3+ years in external sales, business development, or merchant acquisition.

 Proven success in multi-product sales and pipeline management.

 Experience in fintech, financial services, or merchant acquiring (preferred).

 Matric required; tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or Marketing is a plus.

 Valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle ready to hit the road
