Minimum Requirements:

• Completed Accounting Science degree

• CTA completed or in progress (preferred)

• Currently residing in Pretoria or willing to relocate

• South African citizen

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Professional, reliable, and presentable

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and mentor junior accounting clerks

• Draft and compile financial statements

• Liaise directly with clients

• Assist with taxation-related matters

• Daily processing of accounting transactions

• Prepare and post cheque vouchers and EFT receipts

• Manage debit orders and standard journal entries

• Handle creditors’ reconciliations and resolve queries

• Generate financial invoices and purchase notes

• Maintain general filing systems and archives

• Support monthly reporting, audits, and budgeting

• Contribute to overall financial reporting
